 Heart Pillow

Our sweet, heart-shaped pillow is filled with spelt hulls, giving it rehabilitating and anti-inflammatory benefits. The unique properties of spelt provide relief from stress and tension in your neck and shoulders, relieve muscle and joint pain, headaches, migraines, reduce snoring, and aid in a better night’s sleep.

Utilize the contoured shape of the heart to gently hug where you need relief--neck, limbs, or torso--or simply place the pillow flat on any area of your body. The slight pressure from the weight of the spelt hulls helps it to sit comfortably and securely on the area where you need relief. The breathability of the spelt hulls allows air to circulate around the hulls, keeping your skin cool and dry.

Choose to add herbs (lavender, olive leaves, thyme, rosemary, mint, sage, or rose petals) for additional sensory and healing benefits.

We could be punny and say this is the best, heart-felt gift you could give to yourself or to anyone; but instead, we’ll say it with all seriousness: This is the best, heart-felt gift you could give to yourself or to anyone.
