“In all creation, trees, plants, animals, stones, minerals, are hidden the mysteries of God, which no man can know, nor investigate, nor discover, nor experience, unless God himself reveals them…”
At Gahalo Dream, spelt is more than an ancient grain — it is the foundation of our philosophy.
Inspired by the wisdom of St. Hildegard of Bingen, who glorified spelt as one of nature’s most nourishing foods, we embrace its remarkable versatility and timeless value. Rich in nutrients and deeply rooted in centuries of tradition, spelt supports our commitment to natural, wholesome living.
Gahalo Dream is more than a name- from our carefully selected ancient grains and flours to our comforting spelt husk-filled pillows, every product reflects our heartfelt wish to bring the goodness of nature into your home. One grain, once comforting momet, and one beautiful dream at a time.
